This video installation brought humanistic, nostalgic and kitsch aesthetics, simply by placing the analogue TV between items of domesticity. The way that the chords were set up played with the ever-present task of the artist having to hide the electronics of a video installation - here they were extended and wrapped around the room. The “invisible” quality that we pretend of the electronics/chords is highlighted instead.
